Opt Out

You can stop any and all data collection by our services from a device by un-installing our apps and refraining from using our services on that device.

You may request we delete current and previously collected data by contacting us at contact@analiti.com.

Data Collection

We collect the following data from user devices:

  • Time of date
  • Device type, manufacturer, model, operating system version and similar device information & characteristics
  • Wireless networks data, for all WiFi and mobile networks seen by your device (note that detailed WiFi and mobile networks information require that you grant us permission to also collect the device location; please look here for Google's rationale)
  • Device IP addresses - local and public
  • Internet and connectivity performance factors - such a speeds and signal strength
  • Information about other devices connected to your wired or wireless Local Area Network (LAN)
  • User's current and historical purchases related to our Services
  • Device geo-location
  • Instance ID of our apps
  • Current advertising ID of the device
  • User's email address (when authenticating to our services)

Users can control the collection of some data items (e.g., geo-location) by granting or denying us the required permissions on their devices.

Data Usage

We use collected data for the administration and operation of our Services and to generally improve the overall quality of user experience.

We also use collected data for the furnishing of ads from third-parties to the user.

Data Disclosure to Third Parties:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, protect against legal liability, or respond to a government request;

We do not use any of our Services to knowingly solicit data from or market to children as defined by applicable law. If you believe that we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can attempt to obtain parental/guardian consent or delete the data.

We provide commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain, such as encrypting data we collect while on transit from end-user devices to our cloud services. You should be aware that, although we strive to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can guarantee 100% security. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information collected and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or inadvertent disclosure of data.
