WiFi RSSI Offsets Configuration Step

The WiFi RSSI Offsets step enabled setting WiFi signal strength (RSSI) offsets for the remainder of the checklist.

Setting RSSI offsets facilitates testing "as if" the testing device is actually a different device. Naturally - this does not takes into account the different capabilities of the devices, but it does allow to validate WiFi signal strength aspects for devices that cannot run analiti natively.

Please note that at the completion of the checklist the device will return to its global WiFi RSSI offsets. See in WiFi Scanning.

Step Settings

RSSI offsets for different spectrum bands:

  • For 2.4GHz signals: the adjustment in dB
  • For 5GHz signals: the adjustment in dB
  • For 6GHz signals: the adjustment in dB
