WiFi Network Validation

The WiFi Network validation step is used to validate that the currently associated WiFi signal is the intended signal.

Step Settings

  • Expect SSID pattern: fail if SSID does not match the pattern; pattern is case-insensitive; supports wildcards *,?
  • Expect BSSID pattern: fail if BSSID does not match the pattern; pattern is case-insensitive; supports wildcards *,?
  • Expect WiFi technology of type(s): fail if the associated signal's technology does not match the checked type(s)
  • Expect WiFi security of type(s): fail if the associated signal's security does not match the checked type(s)
