The Blocked TCP Ports validation step is used to verify that a target host is protected by an ingress firewall, or that the testing device itself is blocked by an egress firewall.

Step Settings

  • Target host: IP address or name
  • Ports to test
  • Timeout for consideration as a blocked connection
