The analiti app is an advanced toolset to diagnose connectivity issues.

Device Compatibility

Android OS

The analiti app is compatibles with all Android based devices, running Android version 7.1 (API level 25) and higher. The Google Play Store must be installed on the device for proper operation.

Amazon Fire OS

The analiti app is compatibles with all Amazon Fire OS based devices, running Fire OS version 6 (API level 25) and higher. The Amazon Appstore must be installed on the device for proper operation.

Form Factors

The analiti app supports the following device form factors: * Mobile phones * Tablets * Foldables * TV

How to Install and Uninstall

The analiti app can be downloaded and installed from the Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore (on Amazon Fire OS devices).

To install the app from the Google Play Store: * Open the Google Play Store app (on Android/Google TV devices - use the App page) * Search for analiti * Click the Install button

To install the app from the Amazon Appstore: * Open the appstore app * Search for analiti * Click the Download button

To uninstall the app on an Android device: * Open the device's Settings menu * Click the Apps line * Find the analiti app * Click Uninstall

Unauthorized "Mods" and other Unofficial APKs

We are aware that the analiti app - like many mobile apps - is being copied, modified and distributed as APK files. These files can be side-loaded or downloaded from unsupported app stores.

Be advised that these unsupported app stores or unofficial APKs may add code to our app that we did not create. Installing and operating these APKs may result not only is reduced functionality, broken functionality and wrong test results - it may also contain code that is harmful to your device, local network and other devices in the world. It may contain malicious code intended to harm your privacy, or use your device to break into other networks or devices (i.e., cyber attacks).

The best way to avoid the risk of cyberattacks is to download and install our app ONLY from the supported app stores.

Permissions

The analiti app requires permissions from the user. Different Android/Fire OS versions use different names for permissions - please check with your device manufacturer.

Mandatory permissions: * Internet access (sometimes called Open Network Sockets) * Notifications

For information about WiFi networks - the following permissions are needed: * Location (fine/precise and coarse) * WiFi networks * Nearby devices

For information mobile networks - the following permissions are needed * Phone information

For information about local area network devices (Bluetooth and WiFi) networks - the following permissions are needed: * Nearby devices * Nearby WiFi devices * Nearby Bluetooth devices

EXPERT Paid Features

The analiti app is free to use.

However, some advanced functionality requires purchasing or subscribing to the EXPERT paid feature. For example, the following functions require the EXPERT paid feature: * Save scan to PCAPng files and decoding of PCAPng files (even if generated by other apps) * Generation of PDF reports * Deep customizations * No ads

Purchases or subscription can be made via the app store used for distributing the app to the user's device, and are useful as per the relevant app store's term and conditions.

We verify purchases or subscriptions every time the app is launched - this may take a few seconds.

Please note that the app stores themselves are the Merchant of Record, handling all purchasing aspects from listing pricing to managing payment instruments to invoicing and refunds.

Different pricing plans may be offered in different countries for different devices at different time.

In case a purchase or a subscription is not recognized - you may need to restore it with the following sequence: * Go to the app's Settings * Click Paid Features * Click Restore and show diagnostics

If the purchase is still not recognized - please use the Contact us feature within the app for further assistance.

Ads

We may show ads when we note no valid, non-expired purchase or subscription.

We use Google AdMob as our ads service provider.

Privacy

Our app uses information that may be considered private in various countries and jurisdictions.

However - we do not sell information collected by our app - neither individually nor in aggregation.
